At Fabletics, I built and led a world-class design, tech design, and R&D team, driving a consumer-first, trend-driven approach. I established key product and fabric ecosystems, identified future consumer profiles, and developed a five-year materials roadmap with sustainability at its core. Partnering with Brand and Performance Marketing, I brought storytelling to life while working closely with the CEO and Brand President to ensure celebrity collaborations resonated and strengthened brand impact.
Lululemon | VP of Women's Design

At Lululemon, building a world-class design team meant bringing together cross-functional talent to push innovation in ready-to-wear and bodywear. Setting the annual creative direction across women’s product teams ensured a fresh, consumer-first approach, while new processes streamlined how products came to life across all channels—especially in e-commerce storytelling. Over three years, 3D design and product development scaled across teams, driving efficiency and speed. Collaboration with global partners in apparel and footwear kept the brand evolving, ensuring every product felt cohesive, innovative, and connected to the consumer.
Athleta - Gap Inc. | VP Women's Girls Concept and Innovation
At Athleta, I focused on building a future-ready design and product development team, mentoring talent to think beyond trends into solution-driven design and original content. Concept and innovation teams were established, extending across Gap Inc., while 3D design and pattern technology scaled to enhance efficiency. Creative direction was set each season, with a strategic approach to color across all channels. Sustainability remained a priority, driving partnerships to integrate the latest advancements. Collaboration with marketing ensured impactful product launches and storytelling, while close alignment with merchants shaped seasonal line planning and new business opportunities.
Underarmour | VP Women's Design, Cogender Run and Accessories
January 2015 - April 2018
At Under Armour, I set the creative direction each season, building and leading a team of 20 to drive innovation and performance-led design. Partnering closely with senior leaders across development, sourcing, and planning, I ensured that creativity and innovation were balanced with commercial viability—most notably in launching a market-first bra campaign. I collaborated with Marketing and PR to bring products to market and worked with senior executives to shape brand and category strategy. Additionally, I led the pioneering of UA’s first advanced manufactured production through the domestic design lab, pushing the boundaries of efficiency and innovation.
L'Etoile Sport | NYC Consultant
April 2011 - January 2015
I teamed up with the founder to bring L’Étoile Sport to life, shaping its luxury aesthetic, muse, and overall design ethos for tennis, golf, and athletic collections. I designed and developed the first few seasons, making sure everything reflected the brand’s vision. On the production side, I sourced factories both domestically and internationally to set up a strong foundation for launch.
Donna Karan Collection | VP Women's Knit and Sweaters
August 2007 - January 2015
I led design and production at Donna Karan Collection, guiding seasonal collections from concept to market while expanding retail and wholesale with full lifestyle and cashmere lines. Collaborating with Ms. Karan, I worked on celebrity dressing and Urban Zen projects. I mentored design talent, developed exclusive yarns with fabric mills, and ensured technical execution aligned with the brand’s vision. In the lead-up to Fashion Week, I was hands-on with castings, fittings, and styling to bring each collection to life.
